My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location is superb, offering easy access to various activities, food spots, and the beach, which was a big plus. However, the rooms had some issues like ants and a molded shower curtain, and the service could have been more welcoming and attentive. On the bright side, the hotel provides free parking, which is convenient for guests.

Despite having 2 queen beds, the room lacked a refrigerator and washcloths. Also, facing the pool meant I had to keep the curtains closed.

The service, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. Staff members seemed disinterested and more focused on their phones than assisting guests. Communication was lacking as we had to figure out certain things like the WiFi password and deal with issues like the room phone and key cards not working smoothly. Additionally, we had to open our room door every time we returned, which was an added hassle. However, the housekeeping service was satisfactory.
